I booked in to see Caitlyn for severe neck pain after an accident. I was unable to move my head without pain and had minimal movement. After dry needling and massage I had dramatically increased movement and less pain. I was given advice on exercises as pain reduced.
I couldn't recommend Caitlyn more, shes a great physio and will listen to your needs and respond to them.
